  32. Not quite. There was the usual chatter back and forth forever until I
  33. nominated myself project coordinator and started harassing everyone who had
  34. even halfway said they might do something. /Then/ the two demos showed up
  35. within a week. Not to brag, but if I hadn't started driving people, it would
  36. never have got past the chatter stage. Whoever is doing the pitfall project
  37. better get a leader damn quick and start getting some ideas worked out.
  38. Discussion is great to get the idea started, but with no whipcracking,
  39. programmers are a lazy lot, myself included.
